Mend Shark 9110 Machine Quit Working

How can I fix my Shark Intelli-Sew 9110 Sewing Machine?

My function buttons quit working except for reverse. The LCD screen IS working/visible and I can only sew straight stitches. Any thoughts? I've had this machine for several years and it has been a great machine with no problems.

Ouch difficult to pinpoint problem without knowing history on machine , when last was it serviced,any previous problems with stitches not working. sometimes it could be as simple as a good clean and oil but on fully electronic models all stepper motors need to be properly maintained to ensure good working. suggets take it to good techno just for better look at machine
