How can I fix my Whirlpool washer LSR8233EQO?

The agitator has quit working on my washing machine. The drum still moves from side to side during the wash cycle but the agitator doesn't move. Possible belt break?

Hello,

Your washer has no belt. The thing you want check is the 4 agitator dogs under the top part of the agitator. Remove the cap then remove the bolt for the agitator and remove the cam and check the dogs underneath for wear. Hope this helps.
