mastermix mc130 won't work?

my cement mixer won't work, when i press the start button it makes a buzzing sound but does not rotate. i have checked the drive belt and it's ok

I suspect that it may have a start-run capacitor and that it's failed - find it - remove it and fit a replacement - relatively cheap
