Mend Yamaha XLT1200 Buzzing Noise Button

what is wrong with my xlt1200?

my yamaha xlt 1200 makes a buzzing noise when i press the start button, i have identified that this noise is coming from the relay (ms5c-311-1) 12v.... it also vibrates. the relay is new, only because i have found a old one that came with the waverunner
