Mend Morphy Richards 330003 Sound Working Noise

No steam from morphy Richards steam elite (330003)?

No getting any steam? Doesn't sound like the pump is working as there is no noise as it normally does. Seen someone mention the pump but have contacted them to see if is compatible but they said it's only for standard and not pressurised. Any ideas would be great?
