Servis M0330s fridge frezer problem?

I have a Servis M0330s Fridge Freezer. It has recently started to click and the red light keeps flashing also with the green light. It still seems to be working and keeping cold. The light and the clicking noise goes off after I open the fridge door. The light went a couple of weeks ago and I changed the bulb after that I decided to switch it off as I have two fridges, but switched it on to use at christmas and thats when the red light and the clicking sound started. It does not go all the time sometimes it stops for a few hours and then it will just start again. The noise is driving me mad and I want to try and sort it out, either that or i'm going to take a hammer to it! Please help me.......
