Citroen C3 Headlamp Leveller - PROBLEM?

I've been having a problem with my 52 plate Citroen C3. The headlamp leveller was stuck on (constantly making a whirring noise).

I decided to try and fix it by removing the headlamp which I've done successfully. Its integrated into the headlamp unit so I couldn't repair it. Having fitted the headlamp unit back the whirring noise has disappeared and the dipped headlamps now DON'T work.


Checked the fuses for the headlamps they are fine but I suspect the electric headlamp levellers have now fused but I can't find the fuse for the levellers in the Citroen handbook.

Anyone know if the levellers are fused and which of the two fuse boxes contains the fuse?

Everything else is working but definitely no whirring sound Can you help/advise?
