Mend Delonghi DFS901SS Switch Doesnt Work

The control switch for my Delonghi Electric Oven DFS901SS doesn't work?

I need a manual to show how I an replace the control switch and oven fan on my Delonghi Electric Oven Model DFS901SS. Does anyone have one?
