My Fisher and Paykel GW711?

My fisher and paykel gw711 has just started playing up. At the start of the wash it doesnt continuosly fill up to the required level it starts and stops, also when it gets to the rinse cycle it stops and alarms?
From what i could work out the code is an out of balance but it was no where near the OOB switch??? Help me please.
