Mend Samsung ER-5100 Turn Switch Annoying

How to fix my cash till?

As soon as i turn the till on at the mains switch the printer just keeps on constantly...i can still use the till and the reciepts print as normal but its just annoying why it wont stop. I have tried turning the key to C and holding down 00 but this doesnt work- HELP!
It is a samsung er-5100 cash register till!

It is hard to say what is causing this, but I'll have a go. It is unlikely that the memory is corrupt because you can still ring up your items normally, so the half clear is probably not going to do anything. I would say you either have a stuck journal or receipt feed button or a sensing problem in the printer. It sounds like it will need to go to a dealer for this problem.
