how can I f simpson eziset 550 washing machine?

my simpson eziset 550 washing machine has a problem with the lint bag is not collecting lint, clothes have lint over them when washing completed

You may need to have someone come out and take the inner bowl out and clean it. The soap scum builds up on the outer surface blocking the holes. Especially if you use a lot of softener and do a lot of cold water washes.
