Stannah 250 not turning on?

Hi,

First time posting.

I have just purchased a second hand stannah 250.

Was previously working fine.

Have installed it at a new location but the chair will not power on. No lights illuminating.

Is there a reset switch or something I need to do before using after installing the chair?

Have charged the batteries externally.
