Mend Stannah 420 Control Small Replace

What do lights of Stannah 420 Control Board mean?

There a six small lights on Stannah 420 control board. Light 4 is flashing and 6 stays on. I recently replace bad batteries but stairlift still doesn't move!
What do these lights indicate???
