my stanna 420 stairlift worked fine when I went upstairs then when I went to go down it wont work I replaced the batteries and still nothing can anyone help me out with this problem
I just purchased aStannah 420 lift from a neighbor and have it installed in my home. I am having trouble knowing how to attach the charger wires to the rail Can someone please tell me the correct way? Thanks in advance

manual swivel theres no lights on at all is why I changed batteries and the 20 ampfuse on the batteries is not blown what else could it be

Do you have a green light on the arm? And does the chair have a manual or power swivel?
