Mend Stannah 420 Lights Control Batteries

What is meaning of lights on control board of Stannah 420 Stairlift?

After installing new batteries in a Stannah 420, the chair failed to move. The old batteries were bad! I noticed several small lights on the control board but don't know their meaning. What do they mean? Do they indicate problem with stair lift not moving?
