Hi how do I reset a 9827 control pad after changing the main Box battery. Control pad is showing a constant red light = Fault & a constant Yellow light = Service? Also showing a flashing display letters Sr? or 5r?
try your pin number,c if that works,if not,try 07890,if that not work then you have to reset the panel to the factory defaults,sorry cant tell you on here how to do that for obvious reasons
