My shower had stopped working - no water coming out at all and no solenoid "clunk" on power up. Water supply was OK and the filter was clean. I therefore replaced the flow valve assembly 1563.540 and now the water is flowing apparently normally, however the low flow light illuminates at anything above a low power setting. Have tried without shower head and / or hose attached and this makes no difference, and incoming water seems OK.
Hi Howard, would be interested to know if you had to remove the inlet connecter and/or the switch assembly in order to remove the valve assembly 1563.540. It all looks pretty tight.
