Mend Indesit IWDT6143 Washer Water Turn

How can I fix my indesit iwdt6143 washer dryer?

my machine takes in water and the drum does a quarter turn then stops. After a short time it does another quarter turn and then stops. it doesnt start again. It is then difficult to drain the water from it.
