how can I fix my Hoover top loader, model 750L,serial 24822008?

More detail to my first question, the blue and brown wires are disconnected from the timer unit,they come from the main power cord.the timer unit has five conecters 1 blue wire is already contented to the second spade from the left,4 others are vacant.The left spade has a blue capital N small, the far right spade has a large capital N blue,the the conecter line is blue from left to right
