How can I fix my shower problem?

I am not sure of the make and model but when I turn on the shower I get plenty of cold water but no hot, warm or luke warm water. The know has the blue line at the bottom and red line at the top to indicate cold and hot. It was working last time we used it (we have two showers) but now, nothing.
