could conect cooler master sickle flow 120mm silent blue led case to this ?

The fan have a prety standard form. If you can fit a 120mm fan in your case, that one should fit without problem.

There is a "Front Chassis Fan Connector" on the motherboard. Label "Q"
It's labeled "Front fan" and is located at front and near the bottom of the motherboard.

There is also a "Rear Chassis Fan Connector" labeled "Rear fan" and is located near the rear pannel ports right behing the ethernet port. Label "C"

You just need to plug the connector of the fan on one the other of those 4 pins connectors.
Both are 12V.
