Mend Simpson Encore 605 Wrong Machine Time

Can you tell me what is wrong with my Simpson Encore 605 Washing machine?

We have a Simpson Encore 605 Washing machine. This is the first time we have had trouble with it.

After selecting the washing sequences, and pressing the Start button, the machine beeps, then all of the Load Size Green lights remain flashing, and the machine does not start.
