Mend Tricity Bendix AW1202W Washing

What is wrong with my Tricity Bendix AW1202W Washing Machine?

It is only just over 12 months old so is no longer covered by guarantee. It has just started to stop whilst going through a wash cycle. The progress lights continue though so it looks like the washing has finished when it's not even started. I've checked hoses and drain pump all are fine. Only way we can clear it is to turn the dial to drain or spin and then switch off the machine at the plug for half an hour or so before trying again. Took 5 attempts last night to wash one load of washing and every time I thought it was going to work, it stopped again! Any help/suggestions gratefully received

I have 4 red flashes followed by 3 green flashes. Can anyone tell me what this diagnostic code means

What would the solution to 4 red and 3 green flashes????

Hi thank you so much for your answer - I did as you suggested and the number of lights was 11 green in total and 1 red

press and hold the start pause button and the next nearest option button and whilst holding these 2 buttons pressed turn the wash program selector switch 1 position clockwise.wait 3 seconds and let go of all buttons.lights on front should scroll through.Now turn the wash program selector knob 9 more clicks (positions) clockwise.post on here the amount of flashes red and green.for example 2 red flashes followed by 1 green then repeated.Turn on/off twice to set it back to normal use mode
