Stannah Stairlift 420?

recently reinstalled 420 to different house. The chair works fine however the Extender rail at bottom will not go up or down automatically. I may have not hooked up the wires on the buss bars correctly. Does anyone know the correct order. I think it is Blue on top, Red in the middle, and Brown on the bottom. Both Blacks are grounded to Aluminum rail.
Is this right?
