how can i fix dell c1765nf paper jam?

i have a dell c1765nf printer and it is displaying the error code 077-900 paper jam. i have removed the rear cover but unfortunatley there seems to be a small fragment left behind, is there a solution to fix this. any help and or advice would be greatly appreciated
