my simpson eziset 550 washing machine would not spin/rinse or drain how ?

Simpson 5.5 kg ezi 550
fill ok
go to wash cycle and stays there
switch it to spin rinse
spins but no rinse

If it does not drain the water it will not spin. All water has to be out first. So check the draining. May be a blockage in the pump or drain pump is not working at all. Put it on drain and start. If you can hear drain pump humming then it has a blockage. If no sound at all then possible broken wire at pump or faulty pump.
