Mend Land Rover Freelander Window Door Broken

rear window fault on freelander ?

my dad has just purchased a 4 door freelander but the rear window will not come down there seems to be power to it but i think the cable has broken how can i get door open to replace the cable

Is the fault with the door lock/ window or both? Is the child lock activated? The door card will need removed to see what your problem is.
