Mend Flymo Contour 600 Problem Replaced Switched

How can I fix Flymo 600 line feed problem?

I've replaced the line on a Flymo Contour 600 but when switched on it just keeps feeding line out. I've checked to make sure its all fitted correctly to no avail. Can anybody help ?
