An "Engineer" came to fix my washing machine the original problem was the cracked front counter weight. The counter was replaced and the main programme board but the "engineer"couldn't reset the washing machine. When switched on it's just flashing 2mins with the softener symbol, when trying the change the programme it will not change at all.
I have a BEKO wasing machine. It fills with water but the drum will not spin. I have checked the belt is attached and cleaned out the filter, but it still does not turn. Any ideas?
