Mend Delonghi Primadonna 3100 Replaced Cycle Door

Delonghi Primadonna 3100 infuser stuck?

I replaced the infuser after cleaning, it started to go through its cycle, the door popped open and message to insert grounds container displayed. The grounds container is already in. The door wont shut, and the tray wont come in or out.
