Hotpoint - new interlock & board but still not working?

I have a Hotpoint WMS38
Initially had the flashing door light problem.
Replaced interlock, didnt cure it
Replaced the board (leaving the new interlock fitted) and now the machine goes through the cycle without the drum rotating -
1) it fill with water, and drains - but seems a shorter cycle than normal
2) in meantime the drum doesnt rotate (albeit it did the 1st time i switched it on after the new board)
3) At end of the incorrect "cycle" (about 15 mins max) all the light flash in sequence rather than the end of cycle light - door will open at this point.
Appears strange - perhaps incorrect board supplied ? (via EMW Electronics)
