Mend Tricity Bendix AW1000W 5 Flashes Fault

Tricity bendix AW1000W, 5 flashes fault?

Once program is set there is a small clonk (assume it's door interlock) but machine does not fill. after a short time the end light flashes 5 times per cycle.
Anyone know what this code means and how I can rectify?
