My hoover dyn 10166 washing machine wont start (It's not the door latch)?

You could try Google maybe someone has posted one online but in most cases the manufacturers do not give out wiring diagrams. Maybe post more info here i.e. what actually happens when you press start (any sounds or lights changing etc) Also, how do you know it is not the door switch? Someone here may know the symptoms & be able to help.

Consider that it might be a defective water inlet valve - no washing machine will start unless it has water.
