Mend Hotpoint WD440 Washer Normal

How to fix hotpoint aquarius wd440 washer dryer machine ?

It won't start the 'on' button is lot as normal and so is the 'wash' button, however the 'door locked' button is flashing.

The motor was replaced less than 6 months ago and the filter cleaned out then and now
