Mend Hotpoint WD865 Error Code Motor Drum

My hotpoint washer/dryer WD865 gives error code F02?

The motor and the drum rotate freely, put on rinse and spin, starts of as normal but quite quickly errors with F02. Hotpoint quote £120 call out and fix - is this worth it?

Ideally would like to know if I can fix myself
