Hotpoint Ultima 1200 Washer/Dryer?

When we set the program, the machine fills OK and does the first part of the wash. When it's ready to take the next part of the fill, that's when the machine beeps and the error message comes up. Sometimes we simply start again and the programme then goes through to the end without problems. Other times, it reaches the same point and gives the same error message.

If it is the inlet valve, where do I find it and is it easily replaceable (or serviceable?)
