Mend Honeywell TP5000 Thermostat Heating

i cant get my TP5000 Si room thermostst to rest i have pressed the reset ?

I've tried to reset it by pressing the reset button but it won't reset the unit is switched on but nothing seems to work as it should need it fixed as soon as because we need to move out of our old house by end of the month
