Mend Honeywell RF3 Digistat Not Boiler

DIGISTAT RF3 APPEARS TO NOT BE TALKING TO BOILER?

The thermostat registers the temperature but if it is too cold and we try to raise the temperature, the flame appears as though it is working but the boiler does not come on and therefore the heating does not work.
