Potterton Netaheat Boiler stopped working?

Hello, I have a Potterton Netaheat Boiler with Potterton EP2002 Controls and Honeywell Thermostat.
Last night when going to bed I turned down the thermostat but the boiler didn't turn off which it normally does. So I had to switch off the controls instead. This morning I put the heating on, everything fired up as it should, flame was lit etc but there was no heat coming from the radiators. So I switched it all off and tried to turn it on again and now nothing. The boiler doesn't fire up then is no noise coming from it. The two red lights on the controls, CH & HW are on but nothing is happening.
