Mend Honeywell HCN60NG Heating System Thermostat Programmer

Converting to Y Plan system?

I am converting my heating system to a Y Plan using mainly Honeywell parts for the wireless room thermostat (HCN60NG), cylinder stat. (L641A), mid position valve (V4073A) and junction box - 10 way(42002116-001). I would like to retain the Siemens Programmer RWB2E for its simplicity. Would you please let me know if this should can be wired into the junction box and which wires go where?
