AEG Santo N9 18 41 4i Fridge freezer?

When working there is a rattling sound originating within the fridge section at the top back face. It sometimes stops and then re-starts.
It sounds like the circulating fan, either the blade may be loose or it is catching on something.
Has anyone met this problem and how to cure it?
