The temperature alarm keeps going off to indicate the freezer is to warm. The drawers are in place & the door is shut properly. The food is still frozen. To stop this I turn on the Frostmatic function as per the manual. This helps temporiarily.
What is causing this alarm when the temperature seems to be ok?
Having a problem with the fridge....not cold inside...freezer section works perfect.....repairman insisted on turning off both for 2 days to defrost element in freezer.....then tun back on.....tried this does not work.....still not geting cold....is there another solution to this....please????

if the temp in the freezer gets to an unsafe level it alarms.usually around -12.food will still be frozen but temp is not at -18 or less (safe levels).could be lots of reasons for this and it is not easy to diagnose without further testing
