Can not addjest the freezer temperature?

I believe a freezer should be kept at around -17C or -18C so your freezer is too warm if anything. You might want to check the temperature with a thermometer.

You need to defrost it to get rid of the ice. With the door not closing the freezer is having to work really hard to try and get the temperature down, producing more ice - and making it even more difficult to shut the door!
