Mend AEG Santo-line Fridge Freezer Draining

AEG larder fridge, girgling sound?

for a number of weeks now, every time we open the door of the fridge, and then close the door, there is an audible girgling sound evertime? it sounds like water running/draining away or evacuating, allthough the fridge seems to be working ok! is this normal is it the gas? its only about two and a half years old
