Singer Touch tronic 2010 Memory Sewing Machine?

I have a Singer Touch Tronic 2010 memory sewing machine and it was working perfectly one day when I was sewing but the very next day when I started to sew it would only sew in reverse. Do you know why it would do this & what I need to do to fix it?

Sorry but if you dont have any experience best leave this one to proffesionals as it could be a small problem like no oil on reverse mechanism or as bad and complicated as problem with feed dog timing and balance that can keep the uninformed very busy
