Mend Singer 2001 Sewing Machine Moves

Singer touch tronic 2001 needs calibrated?

I got the part on my sewing machine that moves the fabric fixed and I got it back and when I try to sew the bobbin get stuck and breaks and then it pulls the bobbin thread again and breaks again. Do I need to calibrate it?
