How can I fix my Singer Touch Tronic 2010 Sewing Machine?

I have a Singer Touch Tronic 2010 Memory Sewing Machine. I can't get the needle to pull the bobbin thread through the top. The needle won't catch the thread at all. Can you tell me how I can fix this.
