Mend Hoover HFM-160E Machine Model Finished

How can I fix my Hoover HFM-160E?

My Hoover washing machine model HFM-160E won't spin properly and I'm not even sure if the cycle actually finished as I put it on over night. It is the family 1600 mega load. The Mega button light and the start light are flashing. They flash 3 times in a row intermittently but this is not listed in the trouble shooter. Any ideas?
