Servis washing machine model m6725w will not drain?

The filter has been checked and is clear, the pipe to the u turn seems to be clear as water came out of it, the propeller on the pump turned around I did that myself with a screwdriver, the spin works fine.
#This constant light that i mentioned before on the symbols is kind of bow shaped the green light on that is on is this an indication of something?
Unfortunatly I have mislaid my handbook

undo the clip holding the pipe to the sink u bend, check that the u bend hole is not blocked if ok place the end of drainpipe into a empty bowl,lower the pipe and bowl to the floor ,watch out for the water flowing out, you may have to empty the bowl due the amount of water in machine thrown this outside as you cannot use the sink, when water stops gently remove the front lower kick panel you should see the filter housing ( use old towel for spillage ) unscrew and clean filter out ,shine a torch in hole check pump is clear and turns,
reassemble filter and hoses, put the wet clothes in drum advance the program to a spin and try a spin program,
no joy its change the drain pump ,
