Mend Beko DRCT 70 W Dryer Condenser Year

dryer heats up but doesnt dry!?

Hi, we have a Beko 7kg condenser dryer (DRCT 70 W). Its only about a year old but it has stopped drying the clothes properly. It heats up but the dryer could be on for hours and the clothes still come out wet, but extremely hot. Ive cleaned the filters, however its not made any difference. Please help! Liz

you need to take out the condenser and clean that as well
